NEED HELP DECIDING BRING LOGICAL THINKING :/
Hey guys, Gage here from Illinois. I own a 1999 Mustang GT 35th anniversary. I locked the engine up and well. Yeah. Time for a new one! Now I have around 2g to spend. 1950 to be exact. I have 3 different routes..
1) Pull the engine out, drop all forged internals in with 18cc dish pistons and drive until I can afford turbo.
2) Buy a complete drop in 4.6 Romeo with Patriot performance stage 2 heads, bbk 78mm throttle body, bbk long tubes, steeda underdrive pullies, flywheel and clutch out of a 98 gt can hear run and I can drive it. 1600 for the complete long block and everything I listed. 5k-15k miles on the new bottom end.
3) 5.4 swap.
What should I do? I feel as if I have 3 babes waiting on me to pick. Haha.
What would you do? Mind gas prices are 4.19 here and expected to go up.

I would have to say option 2, I think option 3 may run you more than the 1950 you have to spend, but could be wrong and you mentioned gas prices a concern which it is for all of us driving v8's, so 5.4 would be killer to have but everyday practical if its your daily driver.
