I am in dire need of new headlights. So i wanted to pick up some new headlights from AM Smoked Style Headlights is what I was looking at. Anyone have any experience with them? Pros/cons? I know ill need to get some silcone to seal them properly.

 

Ive had them for a year or so. After awhile it looks like clear coat is peeling off of them. They dont look bad from far off but when i clean my car I notice it.

 

Mine did the same thing after close to a year. I have thought about going back to the stock Ford lights.

 

Mine lasted 3 years before the coating started to peel. Take that, bitches.

 

does ford even make the OEM headlights for the the new edges anymore?

 

No. They're all going to be aftermarket.

i had mine for 3 or 4 years and they were fine. didnt peel, looked great.

 

Yeah well there's no such thing as a sun or UV light in Joosey.

 

Thing I will go ahead and order a pair next week sometime. my current ones look like ****.
