Default Mustang vs. Camaro?

So looks like i will be going to the track here soon. Have a friend with a STOCK 2010 V6 Camaro. Yes I know it has 304 HP but they are a lot heavier. Oh and its a Manual.

As for my Mustang its a 2004 V6 auto and has around 193-200 HP. I know it is lighter than the Camaro. All I have done to my car is True Dual Exhaust and K&N air filter if you want to count the fact I have a lighter hood than stock....

So how close will we be in the quarter mile? I'm not expecting to win just curious if i even had a slight chance.

I know driver error will play a big part in the race. Lets just say me and him have the same driving ability and both running on street tires...

You'll lose....

The Camaro V6s have a lot better torque I believe as well, and that'll be what kills you.

He will rape you. His 1/4mile time stock is easily more than a second and a half faster than yours.

Was just informed that the Camaro lost to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. If that says anything.... Was told that he could shift but not that well. Quick someone hook me up with some NOS.

yeah, i believe your car is not light enough to make up for 100 horsepower that he has on you. get you a 2011 v6 mustang and you should win no problems
