so my passenger seat belt seems like it is stuck in the lock position. it is slightly pulled out and just doesnt pull out or retract...have any ideas anyone? i really dont wanna to have to rip apart my interior again. dont know when this happened since i rarely take passengers and the car has sat for the last month.

 

My driver's seatbelt seems pretty slow to retract also. It doesn't totally lock up but it doesn't snap right back into place either.

 

the pass. side doesnt even retract..its stuck half way inbetween.
