Default 2001 Headlight short

My passenger side headlight flicker on and off, and sometimes it wont come on at all. I can pop my hood and wiggle the connection and it comes back on. I only have this problem with the low beam. The low beam will also shut off if I go from brights back to low beams. Has anyone ever had this happen? I have projector headlights. I doubt its the bulb or else it would not come on at all. I also noticed that when I wiggle the harness that I heard a clicking noise coming from the fuse box under the hood. Any suggestion.

Inspect the harness for the lights..

If you see any damage or kinks and you know how to fix a short I'd start there. Otherwise have someone electrically inclined take a look at it

Go to the dealer and get a new headlight socket. It comes with about 6" of wiring so you can splice it in and has shrink tubing so you can seal it up. Job done.

Yep sounds like the connection is bad.
