Has this been happening for awhile? Or just recently?

Have you checked your injectors? I've heard that problems with the EGR valve could cause sputtering too, so might look into checking that out also if you haven't already.

EDIT: Is it throwing any codes? I just got thinking that if it were an injector it'd likely throw a code with it.

I've had this problem as well, but I can't think of how I fixed it. I know when I first start up the car, if I don't let it warm up it will do it only for a feel though. I just put more gas into it and then it stops after a few.

Maybe you should reset the computer?

Yeah, I'm starting to think it might be a clogged injector..Let us know what advance says.

Check the plugs. Mine would be terrible until the engine switched to closed loop. New plugs fixed the problem for me.

I should of told you that, because that was my problem, along with a bunch of other things. But I used to clean my MAF like WAY TO MUCH and then I would reset the computer.

Glad it's fixed.
