I just finished installing my prokit and my grill delete and guess what, my engine starts sputtering. It sputters and idles low in park and is hard to accelerate in gear. I'm guessing something is wrong with either the air or the fuel system. What is the basic stuff I need to check and how can I tell what is causing it to sputter.

Btw; plugs, wires, and fuel filter along with the oil are all new, 300 miles old. Also, no check engine light, so i can't scan it. '02 v6

 

try cleaning the injectors. use injector cleaner, clean em yourself by removing em, or have a shop do it.
