Most people here probably won't be to decode it but an easy way to see is to turn the wheel one full revolution and then count how many times the driveshaft turns. That's your gear ratio.
My axle tag simply states what gears are in the rear. But you can do what he said or take note of the rpms at a certain speed and in 5th gear. Then go use a gear calc to see what gears are in it.
