So im ready to buy my X-pipe i have BBK shorty headers and i was thinking about getting the Magnaflow Tru X X-Pipe if you have any sugestions I would like the input.

Do you need to have cats on your mid pipe? If not get the UPR one if your dead set on an X. Because the UPR one is cheap and does the job.

now which is better for the cats having to be ON the X or H ? for a deeper tone..

H-pipe will always make a deeper old school muscle car sound. While X will make a higher pitched euro v8 noise. Power difference between the two is nill, so go by what you like the sound of best.

If you decide on the X, I can tell you Magnaflow is top notch.
