Default A/C Recharge

Can someone point me to the low pressure fitting to refill my A/C freon.i bought a do -it -yourself kit and cannot find where to attach the hose.

cant say where in the engine bay it is, but it should have a black cap covering the fitting...and the a/c recharge bottle will only fit on the low side.

its closest to the passenger headlight just sticking up in the middle of nowhere. was on my 96 anyway. how much does the recharge kit cost?? my a/c in my 99 sucks and its prolly been a while so im gonna need that done too.

Its on the left side of the engine bay with a black cap and its the only fitting on the a/c that it will attach to so you can't screw it up.

thanks, but i have two fittings with black caps. one is towards the front by the radiator, and the other is the towards the rear of the ngine compartment between the strut tower and the firewall.

like everyone is saying it will only fit on one of them, that will be the low side. it should be the one towards the front i think. the high side is a different size and it will not be able to be attatched. and it would help if we knew what year and engine size u had. that way someone with the same can tell u exactly where it is.

its the one closest to the radiator, 99% positive on 94-04
