I forgot all about it, but my car is missing the front bumper support bar, and I don't know what the exact name of it.

Question 1: Do I really need it?
Question 2: What is it called exactly?
Question 3: What is a normal price for them?
I have tried to go to the junk yard and get other parts for my car, but the guy said you can't take parts off Mustangs, you have to buy the whole car. I was like that's F***ing Bulls***.
