Default Battery Drain Problems, PLEASE HELP

I have a 2003 Mustang GT coupe, and im having battery drain problems.. After the car sits for about 12 or more hours the battery is dead and will not start..
I did a simple draw test and found out that i am drawing 4.5 volts when the car is off. I also started pulling fuses one by one to try to pinpoint the area, and when i pulled the GEM (5 amp) fuse the draw went away.. My first thought was the aftermarket alarm i installed personally, so i completly disconnected the alarm and still had a draw..
I also quizzed a ford service advisor, and he told me to do a draw test and unhook the alternator, i did that and still had the same amount of draw..
I am stuck at this point and do not know what else to try, or do.. Any suggestions guys??

umm, the one thing i would check to see, if youe positive battery cable is not on properly, that will kill the battery fast, but check it, because if the two sides are touching most likely you have broken the braket.. look at that, then if its broken fix it and see if that works better...
