get a towing harness and have a mustang pull it?

you could start by taking that honda talk to a honda board. I don't know of too many guys that give 2 squirts of cold **** about making a honduh "fast"

making real hp in a honda motro is not secret, it just takes a bit of cash and your auto trans will have to go. the cheapest and easiest way would be a simple single nozzle wet-nitrous system.
