Default Starting Trouble

I have a 1988 mustang gt to start with the fuel pump wasnt working so i wired it to a relay it worked but stil wouldnt start i put fresh gas the computer that i hook to it wouldnt read a code but wile computer was hooked up it started u take computer off it goes dead so i grounded the outlet hookup car started again i started up the road and the car wouldnt get up to speed i parked it at my house instead of my shop i tureded it off for a minute tryed to crank it it hasnt crank since can someone help.

Is the filter clogged?

Hmm...I just read through that again and noticed how it ran when it was connected. Have you checked your fuses? Maybe while the computer was hooked up, it connected the broken circuit...??
