Hey all,


So i am getting a TKO 500 out in my mustang GT in the next month but will basically have about $300 left, so i was going to start saving for one of these things:
1. Lowering my car
2. Powdercoating my rims to a high gloss black
3. Chip
4. Any mod to get more hp

The thing is is that i really want more power and don't have a clue what i better like underdrive pulleys or a chip or what brand or even how they work if someone could explian to me what these items do and how the increase hp and what is a good brand ( i don't mind saving longer for better quality) i would be greatly appreciated.

get gears! 4.10's, that will make your acceleration much better.

 

why do you need a tko... that's a serious tranny for cars with too much power. If you don't have at least a blower there's no reason to spend the 2 grand on the tko500.

Nitrous is the best 300-800 bucks you can spend per hp gained and you can turn it off when you don't need it. Otherwise, gears are definitely one of the best mods you can do. Makes the car a lot more fun to drive.

 

Well how much is a new tremec t3560 or a stock tranny??? because i don't want the tranny to fudge
up agian.

 

Is there something wrong with your trans or just want something different? Maybe a clutch problem 4.10 gears and a posi unit of some kind. Money well spent.

Here is a refurbished one on Ebay for $495 maybe Randy could get you a new one???

 

I really don't want a refurbished one thought i have bad luck with used stuff i rather go new
