Default Spoilers....

This question is prolly for the older guys since the young dudes like allot of plastic crap on their car.

What do you think of loosing the spoiler on my car, will it look good with it lowered 1.5" also. I have never seen one with no spoiler, but Im thinking with it being lower, a trunk would be a cool look.

lol...wasnt trying to offend, but to stereotype and say most kids like plastic would not be an untrue statement...hehe

Which section did you get your pushpins in at Lowes? Hell I was gunna just have it plugged and painted but that sounds like a good idea.

Go wingless or get the 03-04 cobra wing not a bolt on will need to cover holes, or MrT b wing which is a direct fit http://mrt-direct.com/mustangracing/Bullittwing.php.

now that wing I like, I was thinking the Cobra one so it wouldnt be so bare but that wing is perfect and a damn good price too.

I wish they made a ducktail spoiler for this model, I like that also.

I kinda like my spoiler...just a personal taste thing, not an old/young thing. Im young, but some cars can pull off wingless, some cant. I think the car looks off-balance without it on mine, but thats just me. I tried it for like 2 weeks, but didnt like it. Put it back on and fell in love again.

I was wingless for awhile, then I decided to go with the cobra spoiler.

:laughing5 Those two things dont go together in the same sentence. Nah, in all seriousness, look in all the classifieds and occasionally one will pop up. Just not cheap to buy from ford...at ALL! Try and get a whole decklid as if you dont, I think you might have to use different holes? Can you fill us in on that Dan?

Yeah, if you use the stock GT decklid then not only will you have to drill new holes to mount the spoiler, but youll also have the stock spoiler holes showing. I was lucky and found a black v6 decklid and a black cobra spoiler. I think I had to drill about 8 holes to mount it.
