Same thing has happend to me but i broke both on the same side, im told you can drill it out but that will take alot of time, i did some afro engineering and took a small muffler clamp and clamped it to one side while the other still had a decent amount of thread left to put a bolt on. it dosent leak so for me thats gonna do till i put some headers on.

if u do get the broken stud out lemme know how you dd it.

drilling out broken bolts/studs/screws is a serious b****. Had to do it to a friends van one time. both starter bolts broke and the starter dropped to the ground luckily it happened in his driveway but he couldn't make it to school that day lol

If you have enough threading left, put the wrench on the stud, thread a nut (flat side facing out) all the way and using another wrench, tighten another nut against it. Now, using the wrench that's on the stud, remove the stud. If it broke were it left very little threads left, try to use a grinder to flaten two sides so you can use a wrench to twist it out. If it broke flush w/ the head, you have no choice but to drill it out.
