Question Two questions plz

So i have been looking on the internet for upgrades on my car and took all your advice earlier on what to get but then i came across a thing called an ignition amplifier are they any good??? Also to save on gas is it ok to cruise around in 5th at like 1000-1200 rpm or is that bad for the engine???
Thanks for the input

never heard of it.

as for 5th gear, try to keep it around 1500-2000. other wise you wont have enough power and your engine will strain more thus damaging it eventually

How are you going to damage the engine by "straining it more"? Of course you can use 5th gear at that rpm but its not going to help.

running low rpms in 5th gear will put a load on the motor... not really good for and not really helping gas mileage too much

If you aren't flooring it in those rpms, you will save gas. The key is to balance the amount of throttle and the amount of rpms since more of anyone or both will mean more air entering the engine and therefore fuel.
