my brothers door actuator needs to be replaced and i dont want him to get fcuked up the *** by taking it to Ford to have something so small done. So whats the words guys has anyone done it here before?

 

i Just ordered a brand new actuator. Still hoping for a reply about if it is a bolt on deal or what

If you didn't already do the actuators... I just did mine in my car... its SIMPLE... you just drill out the old/stock rivet in the door hold the new one up to where it went (it is easiest when window is half way up/down), pop a new rivet in, hook up the little arm to the actual lock, plug in the power and voila! Brang new door locks!
