Default Stuck in reverse

Hey my transmission is stuck in reverse. Backed out of my driveway to go to work, went forward down my block but it was blocked off for road work. So i threw it back in reverse, pulled all the way down the block to go around the other way and now the shifter wont come out. car is a 99 GT w/ T45 (67K miles). Anything i can do to get it out? Thanks in advance.

Yea I got it out, had to take my shifter off and pry it out w/ 2 big prybars. It took alot of force, i actually thought i was gonna break something. At least I made it to work for half a day. So where can i get a cheap tranny?

you think there would be a TSB posted from ford for this, seems to be a more common problem than usual.
