Default What kind of headers

I am looking at buying headers for my 1998 svt cobra. What do you think would be the best buy for my buck, I dont want anything to cheap, would like to see as much horsepower that i can get out of them, and where do I get them I went to american muscle but they dont have much for it, let me know what you guys and gals think, I also posted pics of my cobra on the new members thread
thanks
Jon

Personally, I'd go w/ Hooker since the price is not too bad but the power it produces trumps most out there. Kooks though are a little more expensive but probably worth it since it's more street friendly (thicker tubing and one piece driver header).

Don't bother w/ shorties, they aren't worth it for the power (especially the FRPP pieces since they are nothing more than stock manifolds made from tubes) and the time and effort needed to install them. It's long tubes or nothing.

BBK would probably be the best bang for your buck, but I would recommend American Racing. The headers and x pipe are over $1,000 put they are stainless steel and the fitment is great.
