cold air intake question

hello, i just installed a cold air intake in my 02 gt. was wondering if it was normal to hear a whistling noise after u shut the car off for maybe 30 seconds. every thing seems to be airtight.

perfectly normal. Or so i hear.

normal...i get it with my stock intake and k&n filter.

I have never experienced a whistling noise AFTER the car is turned off, but I have when the car is on and running. I wouldn't worry about it, it's pretty hard to screw up a cold air intake.
