Xenon hood scoop insert

Xenon hood scoop insert
Anyone know where, how some of the Xenon hood scoops have an aluminum insert? I would like to do that as well as I think it looks good.

The white car with the ponies on the scoop and the grabber orange with black stripes both have the insert I am talking about.
