Default whats needed

gas milage is going down, down, down, down, down.... like really befroe my o/r pipe i was getting about 17 mpg, went o/r it dropped to about 16-17 depending on how i drive, now that i have passed the 100,000 miles my mpgs have dropped to around 13-14. i can barely get 200 miles to a tank driving nice!!

i have narrowed it down to what i think it might be.
dirty injectors (but i have regulary ran cleaner through them) need new fuel pump, need new O2 (all four) and a tune up.. which would yall guess to be the big problem??
also i think i need to get a new t-stat because the car takes forever to warm up!!..

but i have changed plugs/ wires the fuel filter and fixed all the vacume leaks. and still bad, also cleaned my maf reasontly.. please help!!

have you changed your air filter? dirty air filter will make your mileage suck also check your tire pressure that affects your MPG as well.

my subaru was getting 250 to 12-13 gallons granny driving and it was because of dirty air filter, ski rack, and low tire pressure.

i dont want to talk about my bitch mustang i drive it like i stole it and the best tank i got so far in germany was 150 the worst so far was 110 LOL i used to see it get 210-220. im working out the bugs now and i have only put 400-500 miles on it since i had it here in germany.

i would say the bigest thing would be o2's this will make you get **** for mpg but it wont run any dif. i did both the ones on my subie at the tune of $250 and it gets better mpg but it still runs the same.

o2's are good till 100k miles or so mine is only at 56k now that the rack is off im finally on my way to a 300+ mile tank full.

your plugs will be fouled up if you had a vacuum leak and bad o2's. take a gander at them and google fouled spark plugs for pictures and compare yours to them.

the plugs may not be fould but you can tell how they are burning by looking at them you can see if it is running rich witch would mean o2's

i think its my front two O2's

now i have just one question i am very low on money.. will it work to go to a junk/wrecking yard, looking around and picking up some used sensors off of a wreck stang with low miles?? because i think it would be cheaper..

It's probably better to wait and get new sensors since who knows how long used ones will last.
