Question Clear fog light problem

So I got these foglights from American Muscle about a year and a half ago (guessing) and I've never had a problem with them until recently.

I got a set of silverstars for them about 5 months ago. After about 3 months the drivers side went out. I thought it was just a fluke thing so I picked up another one to replace it. Well another month maybe two goes by and I noticed that it is out again. I assume there is water sneaking its way in?

My question is...is there something I can use to seal these things up and help preventing this from happening? I noticed the slightest bit of condensation on the inside of the fog lamps (a few drops) when examining them on the car, no physical damage from what I can tell.

Thanks!

I'd just seal the edges with silicone like we do on our headlights.
