Ok, when I'm driving my car down the road at about 20 MPH+ I start to hear a noise from my passenger side window, but only when it's COMPLETELY up, I can roll it down just barely, not even open, and it doesn't make the noise. Anyone have any ideas as to why it does this?

is he window sealed against the weather stripping when its all the way up? Sounds like its off somewhat and when you put the window down just the slightest amount it aligns it correctly?
