Default Question for excessive EGR flow

What's up guys? Don't know if any of you guys remember me but I used to get on here every now a then a while ago but got real busy with work and just joined the Army so I haven't had much time to play with the pony or get on the computer.

Anyhow, I was wondering how long I can drive the 'stang with excessive EGR flow at idle. It just threw the code today so I haven't even been driving an entire day on it. The engine sounds fine and it runs just like it would any regular day. I'm gonna order the parts from Randy so it'll be a few days before I get 'em. I didn't know if it would be alright to keep driving to work and the gym or if I should use a different vehicle.

hit your egr valve with some carb/choke cleaner and reinstall. Excessive flow will rob power but I don't think it'll fug anyting up... not 100% sure though.
