Default dif fluid

i have a 96 gt , i have 4 10 gears and wanted to change the diff fluid , just wanted to know what kind of oil you guys recomended.

Redline 75W-140. Make sure you don't get any on you because the smell is not only awefull but will not wash away easily.

I like redline light shockproof 75/140 but yeah.. either is fine. Otherwise, royal purple makes good stuff.

whats do you think about valvoline synthentic blend , 85w-140 gear oil

i don't think ya can really go wrong w/a name brand...personally i'd get royal purple or redline. just make sure the oil either has some type of friction modifier in it or you get a can of it.

I use valvoline fully synthetic .

i just did my 3.73 and went with royal purple. 75 w 90. looks like i went with the wrong weight

Depends on year. I think prev-01 is 85W-90 and 01+ is 75W-140 but since 85W is so thick, there isn't really a need to use it unless you are going to put a lot of shock loading. Might as well use the thinner stuff and lose less power.
