I just purchased this 2000 Mustang coupe but I can't find another in this color anywhere. I can't find any evidence that this car has been resprayed.
Anyone have an idea if this color is rare?

it's electric green... my personal fave but only because my first modern mustang was in that color. It is not common but not rare by any means. They stopped production of that color after the 01 model year.

It's very easy to keep clean looking... doesn't show dirt well except on the back for some reason.

 

if you go on american muscle and search by year, you can check production numbers on different colors for comparison, give you an idea of how many were out there. There's about half of one at the salvage yard I was at this morning, so they're not all on the road still. Beautiful color, though, one of my faves.

 

theres 2 mustangs in my city that color that i know of

 

there is a cobra around me with that color

 

 

There were a little over 3000 painted that color and even more rare was a 2000 Electric Green convertible. I have one.

 

Have convertible same color. Not many painted that color. I think under 4009.
