PCV Valve on a 2001 GT

Doe's anyone know where the PCV valve is located on a 2001 GT. If so how easy is it to replace?

passenger side valve cover directly under the inlet snorkel. They're VERY expensive but simple to replace. Only buy Ford OEM PCV valve.
