Hey Guys,
I came across a 289 motor and transmission, rear ends leaf springs and extra valves and springs and some other odds and ends in the shed of a house I recently purchased. I dont know much about cars or parts so can anyone tell me what I should be looking for on these parts to see if this stuff would be worth anything to anyone. Thanks

 

take some pictures and post them, maybe try ebay.. you never know if that engine is blown but you might be able to goet a little bit

 

Check the bellhousing pattern. If it's a 5 bolt style, just junk it, since no trans will fit it. Some collectors would like it to keep their cars original so it's only worth it to them.
