Default Wheel bearings?

whenever i make a right turn, i hear a rattling sound? is that possibly one of my wheel bearings??

wheel bearings would be more of a rub/grind noise. balljoints mabye...

and sometimes when im turning around in my driveway(austin powers like) with the wheel all the way to the left i can sometimes hear a grinding noise.

Thats your powersteering pump; dont ever hold your wheel full lock for very long at all.
