o ok cause the whole description threw me off! would it work with a power adder; s/c or turbo and n/a?? ive never seen one of these before!

it's designed exclusively for use with very high revving engines and engines with blower/turbo systems. You would probably be slower with it if you don't have a blower or a 8K rpm bottom end.
