just started yesterday after school ... the e brake light came on when i went past like 2500 rpms and then went off when i shifted and then back on in 3rd, and also when i downshifted and later in the day it came on right when i started it and has been eversince ... dont really know what could have caused it but i painted my front calipers on monday but only the fronts so i dont think that had anything to do with it ... help please!!

 

2 things come to mind, 1 is the brake fluid could be low or as what happened to me once, there is a small screw on the e-brake switch and that screw backed out and just had tobe tightened
