Default E-brake

I know im going to look like a stupid a$$ but, I got my center console out to work on it. And had to undo the ebrake bolts to get it out. Now its tight and will not go back to its orginal place. Any ideas on how to get it back would be greatly Apreciated thanks.

To get the center console out all you do it pull up on the ebrake as far as you can, almost straight up and down. Im not exactly sure what you mean, but on the rear brakes you can disconnect the ebrake line from the caliper. All you do is get a pair of pliers and pull the line off of the little notch thing on the caliper. That should give you slack.
