Exclamation Help with pullies..

So in my ongoing attempt to fix my pullie problems I have changed my belt (ford motorcraft) and after just a day my pullies chewed up half of the belt. I was told that it was probably due to a bad install. I then went to autozone and bought myself a gatorback belt and installed it myself with no problems. Even though i changed it, I still hear them squeak but more importantly they are loud! Can't describe with words its just a big swoooosssshhhhhh sound coming from the pullies. How can i check to see which one is the one that's causing the problem? Should i just buy a new set of pullies or what!...

get a scope or do what i did an take like a old hammer handle or somthin an put one end on each major component of the belt drive ie: tensioner or power steering pump and if it is in fact one of those components you will know right away which pulley needs replaced for instance my car had been whining for a while and i knew it was in the belt drive so i checked it out with a hammer handle and ended up being the tensioner pulley---went an bought the tensioner pulley--replaced it and no more whining.
