Have you tried using a breaker bar w/ a long rod attached to it? Other than that, the only thing I can think of is trying to let the WD40 soak more and heat the manifold (not the bolt) longer.

im thinking about just cutting the bolts and drilling the studs out then replace with new bolts and nuts etc.

Damn you all who convinced me to do it myself! lol!

lol hopefully haveing the car on a lift will be better than haveing it on the jack stands like it was on today. but you have to think these things have not been touched since the car was made (nov 1997) so just about 9 years. yeah my uncle couldnt make them break loose and he has bent 1-1/2" steel pipes on socket wrenches

they will come off in time. just get a bigger wrench. i think the biggest socket wrench that will fit is a 1/2 inch drive. if there is a lot of rust then the bolt is gonna break. it happens all the time to me out here in korea, everything is rusted out here.

your gonna have to replace the drivers side bolts...so you dont really have to worry about breaking them.....now...3 months after installing my x-pipe i still havent put them in and i have an extremely bad exhaust leak.....sounds like crap...im not worrying about it cause i got some stuff up my sleeve...hopefully..ahah
