Bad Idle

My car is idleing realy bad, but when I turn my AC off it idles perfect? what could be the problem?

Possibly a bad belt? Maybe your belt is slipping when the AC goes on. Inspect the AC compressor pulley and see what it looks like.

sounds like a bad IAC valve, you can try cleaning it and see if that helps. when was the last time you changed your PCV valve and did you buy Ford or aftermarket?

I already cleaned my IAC, but i have not replaced my pcv yet

ok then I would go-to a Ford dealer and get a new PCV valve as they should be replaced every 30k
