Question Problem w/ my brake pedal

Hey Everyone, this is my first post, so thanks in advance for helping me out. I have an 01' Mustang which I just adore. I've recently noticed this really odd 'squeaking' from my brake pedal. I'm positive that it's not the brakes nor rotors, all have recently been replaced. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks!

Smile Problem w/ brake pedal

Yeah, it does it when it's off, when its on and in park and when I go to brake while driving. No, that's not it, I'll get some pics and post them.

Try some wd40 in there. Sounds like something may be rubbing.

If its making it when off and when you press the brake pedal it could be the linkage. Get a flashlight and look the the linkage by sticking your head under the dash and press the brake pedal with you hand. See if you can reproduce the noise and detect if it looks like an interior or exterior noise.

usually the return spring creaking. a little wd40 or lithium grease at the connect points should solve it.
