Default slp sound

I bought my wife a slp axle back exhaust which sound pretty bad *** but I want to deepin' the sound. The raspy note is cool but i like the old school note better. Does slp make any H pipes? What other H pipes might work. I also heard that when you start adding cold air intakes and throttle bodys it changes the sound alittle? what other ways can i deepin' the note. My wife has a 2005 gt. I have a 2000 gt with flow master single chambers!!

Please explain what you mean by "old school"???

The SLP LM-1 is about as close to old school as you can get. It is nothing more then two resonators with no baffles.

If by "old school" you mean a 1985 GT with flows, the SLP is not that. But, if by "old school" you mean a 1968 with glasspacks, I think the SLP is about as close as you can get on amodern car.

Keep in mind, to any of use born before 1970, Flowmaster is not old school by any stretch of the imagination.

BTW, intake mods will change the sound of the exhaust. Some will make a slight difference, and others will make a huge difference. But for the most part, you won't get a significant change unless you add a blower.

I have an SLP LM-1 and an SLP Catted X-Pipe. When I added my Novi, the exhaust changes quite a bit.
