Default Hesitating Stang

Recently when I take off from a red light or go to pass a car or just get on the gas, the car really hesitates and sputters but then catches and takes off. Also when I am at speed it doesn't feel as smooth as it used to? Any ideas?

I;ve had the same deal since I got my headers/tune so I'm not sure what it is. However, I know of a few guys on MB who have used that seafoam to clean out their engine and they say it works great. I'm thinkin about tryin it soon.
