ceramic is suppose to be better for heat reasons and they won't rust. I dunno much about the Stainless Steel and rusting, but I've always heard chrome headers rust like crazy. I've had SLP Ceramic LT's for a year and they look great steal.

Ceramic. Helps the car run better by warming the O2 sensors up faster. Also doesnt rust as bad, and doesnt get as hot under the hood. Do both and get SLP stainless AND ceramic coated.

benefits: lowers under-hood temp, long lasting shine/wont rust, improves exhaust scavenging which also helps build HP anyone today would be crazy NOT getting the HTC/Cermaic coatings on exhaust today, the +'s to the coated headers/exhaust today, far exceed the extra cost.
