Default Stainless Steel Bumper Inserts

Do these inserts come with adhesive on them? If not, what should i get to apply them. Also, how thick is the stainless steel and what gauge steel is it.

They come with a doublesided adhesive...uit's pretty easy to use just becareful cause once it's on that's it...I put the insert on the adhesive then carefully removed the letter I needed from the sheet...you'll know what I'm talking about when you get them...the adhesive in cut out like the letters but in one sheet, like a puzzle.

My suggestion is to get a stronger adhesive. I have read on many forums that these inserts (made by UPR) tend to come unstuck after a while. Get some 3M Bonding tape and it should hold it a LOT better.

Bought mine from here I think and have had no problems.Once you put them on you better hope they are straight cause that **** sticks tight.Mine had the glue(tape)already on them just pulled the backing off and installed them.
