Save up and get a tuner to fix your speedo while adding a few extra ponies!

Order the chip. Calibrate it for what it needs to be or your speedometer will be off

Oh thanks for the info I didn't know that.....wow you have a prehistoric mustang! ha ha ha....Just kidding man. I also wanted to add that I wouldn't mess with "tricking" the car so it doesn't rack up the miles. I'm pretty sure that's against federal law....ESPECIALLY if you sell it and tell the dealership or next owner the false mileage. I know your probably not going to sell it, but just letting you know.

i'd rather have a acurate speedometer and to be honest it wouldnt make much a difference probably wouldnt even notice it.

I could be wrong, but I thought '94 had a speedo gear or could be re- programmed. I think it's your choice (gear being the cheaper way)

greg, I believe that the speedo's in your car are mechanical, rather than the 99-04 which are electric. I'm 95% on this and if it's true, you wont need to calibrate, it'll do it automatically

there's a difference between an 87 f150 and a 95 mustang gt. I dont know or care what the f150 uses as a speedo, but I've read the 95 has mechanical speedos

I think you just need to get the appropriate colored speedo gear 9that's how they sell them) that corresponds to the rear ratio that you want.. You can't really fine tune for tire sizes.
