I'm sure ya'll have heard this before

Take off the 10 char limit...

Think about it...

If someone wanted to spam the forum... it would take em an extra second IF THAT to add the extra characters...

so...

remove that and bump up the time limit between post ups...

people like brandsafag would probably be less willing to spam if they had to wait an extra 1 minute or so then a second...
