Default Anyone been able to contact MT?

I placed an order on Tuesday 12/28 and I haven't gotten anything in regards to shipping info. I've tried calling, no one answers. I left 3 messages, no call backs. I ordered 4 rims (2-17x9 and 2-17x10.5) Anthracite, does anyone out there know if they are in stock (maybe one of you ordered recently or spoke to MT on the phone). I've made a purchase from MT before and I had NO problems, and I could get them on the phone or e-mail. This order is different. My credit card was charged, but that's it. Any info anyone has would be great.

Dont be worried.... Mustang Tuning has some of the greatest costumer service I have personally seen. No one has beat it in my opinion.

Be patient since we are in the busiest holiday season. Its like going to the mall and having to wait for parking and wait in long lines. If MT had a larger staff we would have to pay for more for these parts.

Angry I finally got a response

You guys were right. I received an e-mail around 5pm today stating that the 17x10.5's are out of stock and they are due in on next Thursday. Dang nabbit! I was looking to have my Stang sittin' pretty by then. I guess I can make it another week. I will post some before and after pics once I get them put on. Happy New Year to all!
