Let me start by saying the last track visit i made in March i was consistently running 14 flat and even pulled off a best run of 13.98 and that was before my 4.10's and i was running on beat up bald BFGoodrich streets.

I went to Silver Dollar Raceway in Reynolds GA,this past Saturday and had the worst night of racing ever, my time was 14.6 and man was i emabarresed, were talking stupid amounts of wheel spin!!! I knew the gears would be different and they were but i mad 9 passes and they all sucked, tried it all , rolling off, launching hard, slipping clutch, no matter what once i gave i hit WOT in 1st and 2nd I had wheel spin, no one was complaining of bad track conditions, so my super crappy Hankooks have to be the blame (i know they suck, but at the time i was broke and needed tires desparetely)

So no more street tire 1/4 mile passes. Its time for a set of slicks, can any of you guys tell me what and if a set of 15 would fit, I know the stock 15's off a mustang will not clear the rotors or fit right. Anyhelp would be appreciated, I could go 16s but id rather have the 15s and keep more sidewall. Im going with either Hoosier or MT's and the rim needs to be at least 15x8 but I cant seem to find a set anywhere, please help

 

v6 mustang wheels will hold giid slize meats. and they fit just fine and you can get them cheaply. I have a extra set of if want them. 50bucks and they are yours.

 

Cool, how much would it cost to ship them to Georgia? Are they 15x7?
