2010 Up Close
We were in Chattanooga this weekend getting in some good family time and came across a parking lot full of 2010 mustangs
As you can see from the photo it is a mustang club from France that was on their way to the anniversary celebration.
They were all V-6's and looked fairly base, maybe the GT's will look better but I wasn't all that impressed. I still prefer mine.

The GT that I saw at the Denver Auto Show still had the plastic...plastic grille thingy, rear valence, sideskirts, and chin spoiler thingy...

I went to the stealership and checked one out, wasn't really impressed.
Hopefully aftermarket will save it

at that is exactly what is ugly on the 2010 car... its a total FAIL. its plain ole ugly.

They could have done a better job on the rear but I still like the car
I can't see how people can say that it ruins the whole car it looks bad *** from every other angle and it's going to be a fun ride

From the front, it looks gorgeous. From the side, it looks incredibly similar to the current Mustangs. From the rear, it looks like ****. Since they did such a great job designing the rest of the car, it doesn't make any sense they'd make the rear end look like that. It doesn't fit the rest of the car. The rest of the car has nice lines and angles. The rear is too rounded and it reminds me of a bubble.
Edit: That black plastic looks like ****, too. I pity anyone in Florida that owns that car and doesn't get the plastic painted to match. The plastic will probably turn grey within a year or so.

I have to admit the new camaro looks good but you will pay out the *** for it dealer mark ups are going to be huge compared to the stang and with the v6 putting out so much power the v8s aren't going to sell as well as GM is hoping they will

All I can say is buy second hand those things will probably hold there value pretty well but you don't want to pay the dealer for having it roll off his lot
thats how a friend of mine got his 07 z06 it had 1k on it and he got it for about 15000 less than they were selling for new but he bought it in 08

The hubby works for Chevy and they are getting a new Camaro in this weekend if I remember correctly?? Or at least very soon... I'll have to ask him. They have to keep it hidden off the lot and in the shop for months to come. Once it comes in, I want to go over there and take photos of it.
I think I will still want a 2010 Stang. I actually like the grabber blue with the red stripes.

I personally like the S197. I think the made it look a little old school along with some new school. I own a 07 so obviously my opinion is a little skewed but to each his own.
Also To what others have said yeah the New Camaro looks great.
