Looks like it keep your 360 cool but the power real hot lol. If you have the one that get power from your 360 you better take it out as my godson's just cause the 360 to burn up. If you google it many people have had the same issue. It is also attributed to the some red ring errors.

I think there is seeing as the Jasper consoles are now being sold in stores and Microsoft still has the best warranty out of any of the consoles..

I have an original 360 from the initial launch and it has never had a problem, but my roommate has gone through three now. Wish there was a good way to keep the thing from getting over heated... break it open and watercool it, or maybe submerge it in mineral oil...

I just send it back to Bestbuy without the hard drive and a controller. Then buy another one with my reimbursement, sell the old ****! win

I've heard that about the Intercooler thingys. As for keeping them cooler, try xbox-modchips.com. They have all sorts of neat things on there, including fan upgrades and watercoolers.

 

My sons nyco intercooler is sitting here on the table. That thing couldn't keep a frog cool. He's burned up 4 x-box 360's to date. His last one is doing much better though. Plus the extended warranty is still in effect. Geez what a piece a crap. Poor guy, he just wants to play online with his friends and then the red ring of death gets him. But we got 3 of his replacements for free and the last one for a 100 bucks.. Plus the new warranty in case this one goes belly up..

 

Wow. I bought my 360 in '05, and it has not once overheated. I'll leave it on for as much as 48 hours sometimes..
