Default WHATS NEXT?

NEXT MOVE?
Well let’s see I am looking for some advice on what I should do next on my 96 GT. So far what IV done is (cold air intake, 45 mm Throttle Body & Plenum, Ford ignition wires, long tube headers, x pipe, and flow masters) I am looking to make the next step so I am looking for some helpful tips.

You might want to be a little less of a douche if you want people to help you

The best thing that you can do for a non PI motor (96-98) is a PI swap wich basically makes it a 99-04 motor and then all your mods will work better for you cause the performance improvment heads and intake give your car alot more potential

The link I posted has everything that you need it's a little pricy but it's worth it so I hear I have heard that it's not a terribley difficult swap to do either

Not a problem I understand how the members of the board are an aquired taste but they know alot and are usually very helpful if you are prepared to deal with some sarcasm and asshatery

The 99-04 Heads and intake flow tons better then the 96-98 non PI head you have. On top of this when you do the swap due to the difference in combustion chamber size you will gain some compression which will also add some power as well. Because more compression means more power! it will bump it up to 10:1ish from what I understand. This means you will have to run 93 octane from now on also. That would be the next best mod to do to the car for power. Unless you want to add a power adder like nitrous,a supercharger, or a turbo setup.

Also when you do the heads and intake I would highly recommend adding a set of hotter aftermarket cams since you will be retiming the motor anyhow. You might as well get good cams to get all you can out of it.

Anyone hear much about the new trick-flow heads for the 2v Must's? Suppose to flow 240 cfm's. right out of the box. Good news, we only waited what, 12-13 years...

Spike you da man. I hope they're all they say they are, we waited along time for these improvments. The .600 lift has me interested.
